Pool Renovation

Your Pool Reimagined

Most pools don’t need to be torn out, they need the right team to bring them back. We’ve been renovating pools across the Texas Hill Country since 2000, and we know how to assess what a pool actually needs versus what it doesn’t.

Free On-Site Assessment

We walk the pool before we quote anything.

Honest Evaluation

We’ll tell you if a new build makes more sense.

Done in Weeks, Not Months

Most renovations complete in 4 to 10 weeks.

Signs Your Pool Is Ready for a Renovation

Most Hill Country pools give you plenty of warning before they become a real problem. Here’s what to watch for:

Rough or Staining Plaster

If the surface feels like sandpaper or has dark staining that won’t brush off, the plaster has reached the end of its lifespan. Re-plastering is one of the most common and cost-effective renovations we do.

Cracked or Loose Tile

Tile at the waterline takes a beating from chemicals, sun, and water fluctuation. Cracked, missing, or outdated tile is a straightforward fix that makes a huge visual difference.

Worn or Damaged Coping

Coping takes the most physical wear of any pool surface. If it’s cracking, shifting, or just dated, replacing it changes the entire look of the pool.

Outdated or Inefficient Equipment

An old single-speed pump can cost $150–$300 per month more to run than a modern variable-speed system. Equipment upgrades often pay for themselves within a few years.

No Lighting or Outdated Fixtures

If your pool goes dark after sunset, LED lighting is one of the highest-impact upgrades you can make for the cost.

The Pool Just Looks Old

Sometimes there’s nothing structurally wrong — it just looks like 2003. A full cosmetic renovation can completely transform a pool without touching the shell.
